Reservations
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. Of course, walk-ins are always welcome, depending on availability.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Gift card holders must provide the card number when booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice for a single treatment, 48 hours notice for multiple services and packages and seven days notice to cancel a group booking. Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged in full to the client's credit card or gift card. |
