Q: Does my gift card apply to a specific service?
You gift card is redeemed for the full or partial dollar value. You can use it for any treatment we provide. The choice is yours. The card keeps track of your credit balance for you. The gift card cannot be cashed in or used for a tip for the therapists.
Q: Can I give my gift card to a friend and/or family member? Yes you can, but they must still reserve appointments with a credit card number or with the gift card number. When they arrive the day of their service they must give the gift card to the receptionist.
Q: Does my gift card expire? No, it does not. We will always redeem a valid gift card. However, the gift card must be presented to the receptionist on the day of the treatment at payment. If you have forgotten your gift card at home then you must pay for the treatment. You can always use the gift card for your next visit. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Q. What is your policy on lost gift cards? Gift cards are treated as cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. In order to minimize the risk, we recommend that at the time of purchase, the buyer registers the card under his/her name and the name of the receipent. If the card is lost or stolen, the card can be tracked and replaced for the outstanding balance. Otherwise, the bearer of the gift card is completely responsible for the card and Spa Savanna cannot replace it.
