Naturopathy 90 min The goal of naturopathy is to provide accurate and reliable information regarding your overall diet in order to help you achieve and maintain health and weight goals. It is a systematic approach to nutrition that starts with a detailed evaluation and analysis and then outlines a detailed plan for you to follow. Follow-up sessions are a review of your progress and to make changes and alterations to your plan if needed. We also offer specialized naturopathy sessions for expecting mothers and athletes. Naturopathy is a complementary methodology to modern medicine and not a replacement. Please come 45 minutes before your appointment to complete a NATUROPATHY questionnaire.			$ 127

Osteopathy 60 min Osteopathy is a holistic comprehensive therapeutic approach that uses various manual techniques to free up restrictions of the musculo-skeletal structures and the circulatory and nervous systems. It helps the patient regain their body's natural harmony and normal function. The different fields of action used in osteopathy are: •The musculoskeletal sphere (neck, upper back or lower back pain,posture correction, tendonitis, additional monitoring of pregnancy, childbirth preparation) •The abdominal and pelvic sphere (digestion problems, bloating, constipation) •The cranial sphere (headaches, stress / fatigue, dizziness, insomnia).
